Marketing Funds

Tradewinds Distributing Company, LLC is pleased to allocate funds to qualified Distributors for sharing the expense of marketing activities designated to promoting the brands it supplies. All Authorized Distributors with accounts in good standing with Tradewinds Distributing Company, LLC may participate in the Marketing Development Funds (MDF) Program.

Please fill out the Marketing Development Funds (MDF) request form below to submit your activity for approval. Once the MDF Claim Form is completed below, the submission must be approved by Tradewinds Distributing Company, LLC's Marketing department before your accounted is credited the claim amount.

Marketing Co-Op dollars can only be awarded for accrued funds and will be credited to the customer account unless otherwise requested. Form must be submitted by January 15 of the following year in order to receive marketing co-op dollars.
